i dont like being looked at either but since im alt i get a lot of kids staring at me in public and it scares me i feel like theyre trying to harvest my soul

as long as i can just think about it and consider that maybe im not actually stupid and have just been convinced that my symptoms make me lazy by ignorant people, i dont blame anyone for being indoctrinated if they can challenge their own internalized beliefs

i shouldnt be ashamed to admit that i suffer from internalized ableism, people being outwardly ableist to you your entire life will rub off on you
