This is Gonionemus, a type of clinging jellyfish. Their tentacles can act as anchors, allowing them to cling onto sea grasses. The other tentacles can then serve as fishing lines, ready to snag any prey that might drift by.

This species just showed up in the jelly lab one day, origin unknown.
