And NO ONE knows what is going on with these shipments that are being cancelled all over the country. The lack of transparency has left food banks & related organizations uncertain about the status of the food and how to address the resulting gaps in their supplies.

WASTED FOOD. Perishable items, such as dairy, eggs, and meat, are at risk of spoilage if not promptly redirected or stored appropriately, potentially leading to food waste.
