Metrolink is owned by TfGM. NET is owned by NCC. I doubt much of Heaton Park or Crouch needs a road-rail vehicle and can probably use a much cheaper road only one. So it seems probably a very very small amount of time in use off publicly owned rails.

It's the north side of Cavendish Square. The road across the top has been widened, I'm not quite sure why but it was previously narrower than the same road east and west.

They encouraged going to open days, even in term time. Apparently there were some big uni open days which left the sixth form really quiet that day.
