Of course, many Indie games also want to jockey for your precious time Netflix/Fortnite style even if they don't implement MTX/DLC. Roguelites are only getting more prevalent lol.

Seems like a space increasingly occupied by Indie devs. Probably pretty hard to make a AA or AAA pitch these days that doesn't involve additional cash flow over time.

Where I am, I want to generally do 3 (not counting the 15 min recruiter screen), yet the recruiters keep pushing us to do 2 out of fear candidates will walk.

I love that Star Wars Unlimited's multiplayer format (Twin Suns) has built in mechanisms to push games towards completion, including a sudden death that triggers when one player has been eliminated (that round turns into the last round, and anyone remaining at the end is considered a winner).

Gamestoria will also have some stuff, though it tends to be more EDH focused as well due to that being a lot of their community (except right when a new set drops, at which point they crack a bit of product).
