I’m fed up with getting fund-raising texts from obscure PACs disguised as surveys, petitions, or calls to action to support bills that have no chance of passage in this current congress when there is still important works that needs to be done this session, like confirming more federal judges.

Can anyone help me identify the origin and significance of this mask?
