Are we sure he’s really dead?

My entire face flushes red around the same time my heart beats super hard & unevenly. This is my first clue I’m flaring. If I can get a zyrtec and Pepcid, it calms in 30 mins or so

I’d hand out candy for that

If he didn’t pass it, how would we know

Still have the urge to beat my trash relentlessly when i take it to the curb.

I like to think of it as staying aware. Don’t have tv, news headlines only. Try not to carry it. Then real life day to day is top priority.

I people please as a mask to survive. I know my boundaries. If a situation is not remedied with pleasing, I default first to self blame that moves slowly to anger and then healthy reflection and growth. It’s a whole process.
