I hope this 'unique approach' is Article 7. I'd say Hungary qualifies.

I adore Mass Effect. It's the sort of game that lets you think 'I wonder how much fuel the Normandy would use over 15 lightyears' and then backs that question up with enough science to leave you scribbling on the walls like a madman to find out.
...Maybe the wall's just me.
