I keep a google doc called “book ideas.” When I used to do freelance journalism, I kept a google doc for every month with my ideas for articles, like “Feb Ideas/pitching,” and at the start of every month I’d create a new doc, transferring any ideas still relevant over to that from the previous mo.

A4: I’m a quiet book person. However, as I’m writing this, I’m remembering that I’ve spent the last 18 months plowing through the first 13 wheel of time books like my life depends on it. I guess I just like good books. 😂😂😂

I’m glad I’m not the only person who says “a young so-and-so” when I think of who I would cast. I’m not in the know about up-and-coming young actors, as I’m not a casting director, so I tend to think of performers in my generation who aren’t always the right age for the role. 🤷‍♀️😂🤷‍♀️

A2: I’m not sure why, but this is something I always think a lot about. Right now, I’m thinking Sophie Turner for my heroine and Matt Smith as my villain. #momwritersclub

I write histfic set in the 14th century and am currently editing the 2nd draft of my 2nd book. Trying to finish it up while getting my kids through the school year this spring! #momwritersclub
