Kinda looks like a mess but its pretty goood. Pretty much chicken in lemon cream with tomato, spinach, garlic and green onion over extra crispy shredded potatoes. Next time I need to do less cream so its less soupy but that'll be next time.

Dude I just went out and ran for the first time in maybe 5 years and it was great. Did it after dark on a cool night and oh man did I love it. I should have been doing this sooner it's the best.

I'll be honest. I don't think this is revolutionary thinking but I'm tired of eating crap. I think I'm just gonna refuse to eat anything I can't make myself with some wiggle room for favorites. I like cooking, I should have good reason to cook more often and learn to make more things.

If I remember correctly this was chicken with coriander, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garam masala over rice with a side of zucchini and squash cooked in more garam masala and a cucumber and yogurt sauce. Was yummer
