I did something like that in a Henshin! game, mostly because it’s based on Power rangers/Super Sentai and it feels kinda inherent to those series to cut away to the villains planning/enacting their scheme of the week.

As someone who, on a lark, made a Mekton character and mech, depends how many of the rules you want to use.
