Die gewählten Abgeordneten sind höher gebildet als die Bevölkerung: Etwa 16 % von ihnen haben einen Doktortitel angegeben. In der Bevölkerung sind es nur etwa 1 %.

Etwa 56 % der Abgeordneten ziehen über die Landesliste in den Bundestag ein, 44 % sind Direktkandidaten.
Das dürfte am neuen Wahlrecht liegen, das Wahlkreis-Sieger nur in den Bundestag einziehen lässt, wenn ihr Mandat durch Zweitstimmen gedeckt ist.

Interessant: Die Abgeordneten zwischen 24-49 Jahre stellen die Mehrheit.
