fr! i am also in a lot of trauma survivor circles and it sucks how (c)ptsd has come to be seen as the Good Person Trauma Response to the point where i've seen multiple people insist "anger issues aren't part of ptsd, that's bpd" when anger issues are literally in the ptsd diagnostic criteria
