Finally got my barn cat to stop hiding in my bed this week, he’s not a fan of being forced to stay inside.

Luckily for him he now has a choice of barns to hunt in, just had to learn where his new home is.

The first picture is her an hour after being home when she finally let out a sigh and I knew she felt safe. The next is her this morning curled up next to Mr Winston, surrounded by her own mess.

She stole my heart instantly even tho she didn't want nothing to do w/ me on our first meeting.

Last month I adopted this 8-9 mo old bulldog/dalmatian from my local shelter. The cops caught her brother quite easily but my girl was too damn smart for them. I don't know how long she lived on the streets up here but she does not trust easily.

My boy would have been 15yrs old this Thanksgiving, but his poor heart gave out on em almost 6 months ago. He was so much more than my best friend, and his absence has left a huge hole in my heart.

From a street dog in Denver to living a great life here in the smokey mtns, RIP lil buddy.
