Aha! The International Criminal Court cannot itself ARREST a president but it CAN issue a WARRANT for the arrest of Trump. If he travels to a member nation of the ICC he can be arrested.

They had it right the first time. We need a new, happy year. We don't need to just be happy, we collectively need a good solid reason to be happy! (I think we'll get it, too!)

For most of my life I was terrified of flying. Now I wish I had the money to fly all the time. Night flights are sublime.
