Nice work, Seth. I was at your talk last week where you presented some of this data. It's a compelling idea to try and reestablish an earlier competence state.

I suspect the MG cells need some level of Notch activity to maintain their identity. Do the MG express all four Notch paralogs in mice?

Cool! Do you think it's capable of performing cell counts in 3D z-stack images? I'd like to move away from using imaris
