get it! Eating after 8 PM can mess with your sleep, especially if it’s a heavy or high-sugar meal. Your body’s still busy digesting, which can make it harder to relax and fall asleep. Try to keep late-night snacks light and eat at least 2–3 hours before bed to help your body wind down better. ☺
