Whoa, need to slow the cancel process with substack. I don't know what the best strategy is, but conceding substack to be a right wing fake media platform seems like a bad idea. I would rather take Elon's money and create more content there to keep the liberal content available and easy to find.

... because you have enough staff in case a regular employee leaves. So no need to cater to their higher salary demands when you can continue to operate with the H1B employees.

Not just that. It is more about cost control. Employees on H1B visas are also more cost controlled than green card or US citizen employees. It is harder for an H1B employee to change jobs, so you can pay them less salary and stock benefits. Then you can pay the US employees a little less too ...

Many, many years ago, when I drank at least 8 cups of coffee a day, I would get too tired to sleep. I would need another cup of coffee in order to sleep. I think maybe that was too much coffee. 🤣
