Problem with being Neurodivergent and having some degree of empathy is that often someone will tell me something awful and I don't process the feelings in the moment.
But then like 3am I'll wake up feeling what it must have felt like for that person in the moment.

I hate how much the self improvement community tries to bring religious shame into the equation like that isn't a major part of why so many of us are traumatized and developmentally stunted to begin with.

I want to start my own social media platform where the main rule is that no politics are allowed.
There would be no need for fact checkers because it would be universally known as a place where everything being shared is just nonsense.
