I cut out caffeine two weeks ago. consciously avoiding most dairy (primary exception: cottage cheese) and sugar since then, too.
dropped 15lbs in that time doing nothing else than the above, and, aside from the world falling apart, feeling more OK than I have in a bit.
I’ll take it.
