We can start with striking the red/blue language. Every state is a mix and the red/blue is the effect of the Electoral College, not the people in that state. Just because first past the post voting in Texas gives their Electoral College votes to the GOP doesn't mean there aren't blue counties.

There is no disagreement there, but you lead with a mental health issue and you will get pushback. Elon is an unrepentant apartheid and facism fan boy. His money has broken his humanity. All these things he can change. MH isn't the same and is more likely to be shared with the general public.

You are correct that it does not transfer ownership of the copyright. It does grant OpenAI a license to use your content, and the user asserts they have rights to grant that license. From OpenAI terms (openai.com/policies/ter...)
