We were up out and early this morning and walked to see the outside of the Virginia State Capitol building in Richmond, VA. (Also the bell tower and women’s monument in the park around the Capitol Building.

Visited the Norfolk Botanical Gardens

Visited the Hermitage Museum and Gardens this afternoon

At the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk,Virginia. A really very lovely place

Started the first leg of our trip. Made it to Norfolk, VA. Saw a lost cousin of Peter’s. Only able to take a couple of pictures so far.
