Hard-Blue Democrat with distaste for genocide, climate realist (a.k.a. doomer), COVID realist (a.k.a. mask-wearer), Trump realist (expect the worst), daily practice: gratitude, forgiveness, acceptance.
Just vote for Democrats. Better yet, BE a Democrat, and, for Gods sake, stop bashing Democrats.
Yup, totally simple.
VOTE DEMOCRAT.

Wait…the fact that Trump works for Putin is part of the Russian takeover…
December 24, 2025 at 10:10 PM
It’s as simple as voting for enough Democrats, but we can’t even manage that.

She’s trying to appeal to never-Trump Republicans for the crossover vote. Freaking DUH. Take a political science class FFS.
October 30, 2025 at 10:06 PM
Sir, stupid is reading into something that isn’t there. I never defended any Republican, I think they’re all SHIT, going back to Nixon. I believe Pelosi does too. Her words are an appeal to reject MAGA. Rs are all shit, yes, but Trump is worse than McCain, and the difference matters.
October 30, 2025 at 2:51 PM
No, you read my post. I’m saying she’s appealing to people who are already on the right to reject MAGA. You look for contradictions but fail to hear me about the importance of defeating Rs by supporting Dems, the only viable party who can do it. 3rd party elects Rs. That’s history, that’s reality.
October 30, 2025 at 2:40 PM
Listen close. U.S. voters, on the whole, reject 3rd party, especially in Prez contests. It’s a two party system. It sucks, but it is fact. It’s not ‘Democrats good’, it’s ‘Republicans bad’. Defeating them means boosting Dems. 3rd party elects Rs. Be strategic and smart, not kneejerk and stupid.
October 30, 2025 at 2:14 PM
Trump’s MAGA cult in no way resembles the Republican Party Pelosi is referring to. Her words are an appeal to conservatives to reject MAGA is favor of traditional conservative values. That’s what her words mean and I know this because she explained it herself. Stop latching on to BS.

Politics 101.
FYI: Politics is real.

You’re not here to yell at people on the internet? 🤣
October 28, 2025 at 3:31 PM
I dunno, it was a lose-lose. Biden was so incoherent at the debate with Trump, you can’t blame Dems for freaking. I agree they f#^ked up, though. They overestimated Kamala’s viability and didn’t factor the low attention span of the 3 second news cycle voter. They suck on Gaza, too. Off to work. 😎

There’s the rub-we often don’t get to decide who goes on the ballot, do we? Biden was not MY choice, but there he was, on my ballot, with his middle initial and everything. Did I bitch about it? No, I did not. Instead, I got behind him and had to fend off Biden bashers in threads like this one.
October 28, 2025 at 2:58 PM
No one here is offering constructive criticism of Dem strategy, they’re bashing the whole damn party; and Democrats are plenty vocal about what they stand for-we’re enduring a painful shutdown because Dems are trying to keep Obamacare affordable. If that’s not standing up, what is??
October 28, 2025 at 2:51 PM
When the dead horse is on the ballot and the only candidate positioned to defeat the opposing Republican, I’d bend over backwards to bring that dead horse to life, and so should you.
October 28, 2025 at 2:39 PM
What Democrats may or may not deserve has nothing to do with anything. The PEOPLE deserve sanity in government. The PEOPLE deserve a non-corrupt SCOTUS. The PEOPLE do not deserve a death cult at the helm of the ship.

Your exact verbiage is used by Republican and Russian misinformation campaigns to sway voters from supporting Democrats. BNMW and strategic voting are in fact efficacious strategies. If you’re not in the business of defeating Republicans, you are more bankrupt than a Trump casino.
October 28, 2025 at 2:23 PM
When you shun Democrats you help Republicans. How does that help your community?
October 28, 2025 at 2:17 PM
I really don’t care either way. I want Republicans defeated and so should you. 99% of the time that means electing Democrats. If you’re not in the business of electing Democrats you might as well add yourself to Trump’s payroll.
October 28, 2025 at 2:13 PM
Dems have to appeal to a wide swath of voters, not just progressives. Even Bernie has a crap record on guns because Vermont is full of 2nd amendment freaks. Progs who fail to vote strategically have only themselves to blame. Today, defeating Republicans is the ONLY game in town. Get. In. The. Game.
October 28, 2025 at 2:10 PM
Duh.
October 28, 2025 at 1:56 PM
They erred on the side of reduced chaos, choosing their battles carefully, knowing that if it’s not Rubio it could be someone worse, that Trump would never allow anyone decent in that role anyway, and even Bernie went along so spare me. Dem bashing is effing stupid because it helps Rs win. Stop it.

No, selfish is voting your conscience at the expense of putting right wing lunatics on the Supreme Court; it’s also shooting yourself in the foot. Dems have to appeal to all sorts of voters with varied opinions. It’s called politics and politics is real. If we don’t help Dems win, TRUMP wins.
