100% of the offenders are maps so I really don't care. Using Japan as reference point is a little off seeing as they didn't ban CP till the late 90's making the crimes attached to them low priority so your argument does not stand.

Only if the image is not considered to be "obscene" if a court sees it as "obscene" it is not protected under the first amendment. Trust me I am attacking the the maps first protect real children first I don't have the time to go after the loli community.
