Those demo photos show a bunch of rebar and thick concrete walls. I can't see how the huge ugly ballroom will be built using the same security measures, plus I would assume bulletproof glass, for a standard commercial estimate of $250mio. If it ends up under 1bio when completed, I will be shocked.
