Been on a little fitness journey.

After destroying my elbow in March, getting back into the swing of things has been hard.

On 10/5/24 I weighed 175 pounds and was benching 2 pounds and trembling. Today I weigh 163 pounds and am benching 20 pounds with no trembling.

Very proud over here.

If you’re anywhere near Branson, MO, Silver Dollar City had an awesome cave. There’s a lot of history behind it. Ultimately, it’s how Silver Dollar City started. It’s the largest toured cave in all of MO!

Spent my Saturday at Silver Dollar City in Branson to partake in the Christmas festivities. We’re talking millions of lights, carolers, and roller coasters! While the place is overly Christian, I do have a good time there. Check out some of the pics I took.

And then there’s this diva. Meet Polly, Pretzel’s sister! She’s a year old and is also a lover. She loves to be in my lap at. all. times. She also love long walks…to the backyard to bark at anything that moves.

Can we just admire how cute this boy is. Meet Pretzel, the wonder dachshund. He’s 3 and thinks he’s a pit bull. Pretzel’s a lover and enjoys long walks…to the backyard so he can bark at anything that moves. If this post gets 500 likes, I’ll post a video of him tangled up in an extension cord.
