It is also the final Windows OS where the Classic Shell UI of windows was still available, I know may hackers managed to find out Windows 10 & 11 do have that shell present, but it is locked behind Desktop Windows Manager and many RPC Security Services that lock it out unless you have Open Shell.

This was the last stable and less restricted OS they made to this day, if anything else it is reason I am still on it, Windows 11 at the latest update took away more UI Functions, and made it more hard to activate more functions saying it violates Security & Productivity.
