Initially he said the valve was in Canada. Then it was in the Pacific Northwest. Now the valve is in California. Shockingly, I don't think trump is being truthful.

Yup. It'll be like turning a massive cargo ship around. It might just be like turning it around in the Suez Canal but I'm hoping for better than that.
