Tried the Elphaba cold brew this morn, a good idea with minor flaws. Flavor is good but there's the odd non-dairy foam aftertaste that's more noticeable as the matcha powder is less sweet than syrups. The matcha is also heavy and the foam sinks fasts. Refreshing, but not my fav cold brew
