I’m in my local SA services org’s Nov newsletter. We have a hotline, and when someone reports SA in a nearby hospital, we come support. Folks we serve are made vulnerable to SA by oppression. The incoming US pres will make more people thus vulnerable. Maybe consider joining your local SA service org
