The missed opportunity from The Conjuring Last Rites was not having a demonic John Wayne Monster. They teased it multiple times in the film. Then finally when the ghost shows up, he is just some farmer in overalls. What a disappointment! So I decided to design my own demon John Wayne.

Look at that fat stack! A little over a year ago I found a bunch of index cards in a drawer and decided to put them to good use. I started using them to make some quick and easy drawing videos to feed the lord Instagram. It's been fun about half the time but it has helped grow my following!

I think I finally figured out this app. Took me a while to understand how to venture outside my bubble and how to get more post engagement. I definitely don't like posting into the void.

My self doubt payed me a little visit last week which inspired this sketch. Man, it really threw me into a bad funk too. Somehow I made it out the other side and regained my confidence. This guy is a real punk, I tell ya!

I know that this is supposed to be Winnie the Pooh in his bee suit, but the thing I love about it is that the yellow paints are a little too close and he looks like he is wearing a bikini.

Netflix buying WB is not good. We are going to see lots of job losses as HBO max is absorbed into Netflix,and multiple projects are cancelled. Not to mention that Netflix will absolutely shorten theatrical runs, causing harm to small theaters.

It occurs to me that some people might not realize that Cringe is an anthology series. The comics in each issue are self contained stories. So please feel free to get issue 2 without worrying about continuity.

Back when I did freelance illustration full time, I almost always requested payment in advance. Several times there were clients that would ghost me before making payment, which tells me they would have never paid after the work was done.
