I simply can’t think of a time in my life when I’ve ever been in a conversation directly or even overheard one that has mentioned him or his show. Who the hell is watching him? I haven’t lived in that much of a bubble.

Next thing you know we had MTV, Rolling Stone, and all these other outlets calling. It was crazy. I can't remember the total but it was over $10K. I remember having to explain that to my bank. Early days of Paypal. :)

It was just before AGIB was released but it had already leaked and VC was busy with people posting about it. So, he reached out to me and suggested we raise money. I reached out to Wilco HQ and asked if they were on board and to select a charity. We made a web page with Martin Rivas for donations.

Agreed! This is always the challenge for clients because they know they have to be compliant but there is no official entity certifying it like there would be for a brick and mortar store. Great for apps and services providing compliance but it all feels so vague.
