A glimpse at purpose - “living and sharing” - before this week’s MRI and lab work: 8 miles of hiking in Scottsdale’s McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Spent intentional time at Cathedral Rock, where a Harris’ antelope squirrel taught me the most: live in opportunity, share water. My bottled water. His too.
