Not true. WE are asking the district to pay a percentage of other plans. We have not asked for reduction of the 100% of YOUR plan. 100%. We want the better plans paid at a higher percentage. Btw plans that are paid at 100% cost much more out for employees out of pocket and have higher deductibles.
