My wife hobbled in to see her new orthopedist about a pretty serious knee injury. Her opening line: "BONE BRO! Good to see you dude. My knee is totally hosed!" When he finally stopped laughing, he said "ok, enough Glaucomflecken jokes. Let's look at that knee"

And everyone stood up and clapped.
