I look at it as an executive assistant or editor. I am still the creative, I don't have it write for me. And yes, with my ADHD mind it is very helpful. And has made certain things I do less stressful.

It's in how you use it. I dictate thoughts (through Dragon speech to text). Claude organizes them. I work off of the organization. It saves me hours on each project.
