Using temporal scRNA-Seq of the bone marrow stromal niche, we develop a ligand-receptor map of signals promoting leukemia growth. We identify bone marrow osteolineage cells as a critical local source of taurine for leukemia cells. Explore our scRNA-Seq: wilmot-genomics.shinyapps.io/gse226644/

Powered by a team of amazing scientists in my lab @sonalish25.bsky.social, Ben Rodems, Cameron Baker and Christina Kaszuba, we find that loss of taurine uptake by Slc6a6 in leukemia cells impacts glycolysis and mTOR signaling to impair disease progression
