Hahah, precisely! I took up a bunch of classics over the summer and "working at the café" turned into me reading through the entire thing in 4h. I just started "The God Equation" by Michio Kaku. It has been terrific so far! What about you?

Literally no credible academic backing.

Come to think of it, I think Estonia only had McDonald's playrooms for about 15 years. We got our first McD in 1995😅

5) Peterson’s fanbase loves his mix of tough love and philosophy. He says, “Boys are suffering,” then adds, “Toughen up, you weasel.” It’s Nietzsche, but make it scolding. Critics call him a purity test personified; his fans call him their therapist.

4) The book tour? Think rock concert meets Victorian sermon. Peterson weeps, fans cheer, and everyone leaves clutching mugs that say “Mondays of Meaning.” It’s not just a book—it’s an industry. Where else can you cry about the void while buying a poster?

3) The prose wrestles harder than the author. Open any page and you’ll find phrases like “meta-Marxists have metastasised Marx.” It’s 600 pages of word soup, served cold. If you survive, you deserve more than a self-help certificate—you deserve therapy.

2) Peterson retells the Bible through the lens of The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast. Cain is Scar. Adam is the Beast. God is apparently Simba. It’s like a Sunday school teacher binge-watched Disney+ and decided the Bible needed a rebrand.

1) JP’s new book, We Who Wrestle With God, is less about wrestling and more about a polite handshake with theology, Disney, and a thesaurus. If God is on one side and coherence is on the other, Peterson sits firmly in the audience, taking notes in Latin.

So you're telling me Trump isn't going to make him the treasury secretary??

Takes a bit of getting used to. I'm having a hard time adjusting to all the positivity on here💀

Big shoe-car fan here! His song with Jo Mersa Marley was one of my most listened to songs when it came out
