I had to work i didnt leave. I happen to understand the big picture in MY area. Did I say RE is local? I believe i did. In my area this is whats happening New builds in an area that used to be poor and is being gentrified. This is a FACT I rather have DPA and Comm redevelopment than this fat cats

This is what they do. This is what he is saying. They build and charge outrageous amounts and all the market goes with them. I am seeing it in the city of Dania Beach here they are Gentrifying the hell out of the place with "cool" 15 story building at $2.6 1/1s

Location is not even good for these examples. What can a 22 yo New Teacher with a 45k salary with 30k student debt, a car, can do ? This shit is obscene Yes they "Can" pay it but can they save? This ROBS wealth that should be used for actually owning it and creating wealth not tranferring it
