What are we supposed to say? Thanks Trump, this definitely will make up forget all about the Epstein files?
September 3, 2025 at 3:16 PM
I'm watching the press conference now. I have to add this is not JUST about the women Epstein and Maxwell victimized. The clients on that list have gone on with absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Can anybody seriously say that these pedophiles haven't victimized other girls through other means?

The bribes should be investigated.

We have health professional shortages all over. Look up HPSA and MUA. If the government made healthcare out-of-pocket free, the existing provider base would be so overwhelmed it would make COVID look like vacation time. We need more PCPs 1st and foremost

With all the talk of health insurance, nobody is talking about the actual costs of delivering care to patients.
Single payer isn't the answer. Do you just assume doctors and hospitals will accept lower reimbursement?
We need to focus on the delivery first and insurance after.

Other nations have a healthcare system with 50-70% of the medical staff practicing primary/preventive care vs 20% in the US. That means 80% of our medical system is the higher priced specialty care. That's why healthcare here is so expensive
