Yeah, I don’t know. Personally, I think they just need to get rid of the whole thing and go by whoever gets the most votes, and not state by state. Just keep it simple. I think…

You do you. But keep this in mind…the more they do this, the less people we have making, or growing/picking our food. Food prices for what food is available are going to skyrocket. I have no idea how big that one plant is, but they just crippled food production there.

And we handle our electoral votes differently too. We have 3, so whoever wins each district decides who that vote goes to. This last election was 2 repub & 1 dem (Omaha). So now, some are trying to change how we decide the votes. Go figure.

The state is red but Omaha is blue now. We are the “blue dot.”

Did you not listen to it at all? They used e-verify. Look it up if you don’t know what it is. If it comes back as ok, as far as the employer is concerned, the person is legit and they can hire them as long as all the other paperwork is in order. The employer is NOT at fault here.

I’m here & it’s the 1st I heard of any here so I was surprised. My daughter came home the same day & said the local community college closed their campus in south Omaha, which is the part of town with the largest Hispanic concentration. They’re afraid of ICE raids.

I know it’s not the senate, but I’m pretty happy that my rep Don Bacon is actually standing up and doing something finally. Just need him to work on other republicans too.

How do you even spend that much in a month? What in the hell else are they doing?
