Yes it does. You just need to use Xcode 15+ and be using String Catalogs, which are perfectly backwards compatible to all iOS versions. Xcode converts String Catalogs to strings(dict) files during app compilation, String Catalogs are just a nicer packaging than strings(dict) files were.
