It's a really great scene on a number of levels. She's supposedly an Oracle (and thus should be giving answers) but if you watch the dialog very closely, she's maneuvering the whole conversation and leading Neo to answer his own questions instead of answering them herself.

My friendly counter-suggestion to Ubuntu would be Debian. I'll also make a plug for Libre Office as a replacement for Microsoft Office.

Regardless of the merit of her ideas (such as they are), it's impossible to endure any more interviews from her. It's painful to listen to her speak and attempt to get a *single* coherent sentence completed.
