Now it’s 2026, which is the 30th year of the Australian Rail Maps website – yes, it’s been online since mid 1996. I want to do something to mark that anniversary when it comes, but I haven’t quite figured out what just yet.

Now it’s 2026, which is the 30th year of the Australian Rail Maps website – yes, it’s been online since mid 1996. I want to do something to mark that anniversary when it comes, but I haven’t quite figured out what just yet.

@feather1952 my favourite Morrison moment (so many to choose from !) Is probably the home builder scheme that poured a bit of accelerant on the housing crisis right at a critical juncture. What a total moron.

@Transportist yes, and ofc I'm all in on your example of bus improvements as low hanging fruit, but the metro has provided enormous 'now'benefits to Sydney while being future focused in its design.
