It's one of my favourite musicals (seen it 5 times), and I was a Mormon missionary for 2 years. I came out as gay 2 years after getting home. I used my sexuality as a cover for how I truly felt about that terrible cult. I love how the musical makes fun of it all, without actually making stuff up.

It was a BBC drama called Scrapper about a 12 yr old girl living on her own after her mother died. It was fine for a Sunday afternoon on the telly, but it's not a cinematic experience 🤷♂️
