Sea World ended their breeding program and none are collected from the wild. Those remaining receive the best care we can provide and act as ambassadors, educating park guests and promoting conservation of their natural habitats so that hopefully someday there is no need for them in captivity (2/2)

Those advocating for releasing all cetaceans without considering the consequences should please read the book “Killing Keiko”. The vast majority still in captivity were born and raised in it, have no immunity to viruses in the wild, and have no survival skills. It would be a death sentence. (1/2)

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but it looks like the photo was taken from somewhere near the waterfall marker in the bottom corner. You can’t really see cliffs from a satellite image because they’re vertical 🤷🏻‍♀️

Four months ago I left a job with access to a dozen chickens and free eggs. (I don’t regret it though, the eggs weren’t worth the anxiety, but I do miss those free eggs)
