Today while working out my 5yo joined me. During a 60sec rest between sets he says “I can feel my muscles growing. I’m feeling jacked. Are you feeling jacked mom?”
😂 I guess “jacked” is the new “ripped” 😂😂

I don’t want my doctor to think I’m a hypochondriac but I finally made an appointment to talk about my joint pain and consider an EDS diagnosis. If course, they can’t see me until March. But here’s to hoping they take me seriously.

Life of a Mom to Kid with SPD:
1- Kiddo’s pants are stained AF but I don’t throw them away because they’re one of the few “safe” clothes she’ll wear.
2- when you find shoes she’ll wear, you buy several pairs in the next few sizes, so if they stop making them you are still ok. 😅
