It's plainly obvious this bill is designed simply to attack and harm trans people who are just trying to live their lives. HB 1038 is unethical and morally reprehensible. Shame on the legislators that proposed this in the first place. With crumbling infrastructure and actual addressable needs in their districts they choose instead to attack the vulnerable. Nothing but cowardly bullies! In addition to harming trans people, HB 1038 has even larger ramifications outside of trans youth. What about cis kids that have aggressive puberty or cis kids with hormonal imbalances? They didn't even bother doing research before proposing it. They simply thought about how it would hurt trans families and that was enough for them. To Rep. Cortes, Rep. Fosse, and Sen Robinson, if you ever want my vote again, you will Oppose HB 1038.
