Excellent example of automatic installer is swedish company´s Mullvad vpn installer, which automatically after downloading verifies software´s integrity and authenticity. I think Linux distros should focus their dev budget in creating such installer and verification system.

Linux distros need to make it easy and safe to start using Linux. There should not be any obstacles in downloading and installing linux. For example distros should implement installer which automatically verifies iso file authenticity and integrity. That should be standard.

In order to make Linux a option that most people will start to consider using it, it is important 1) distros improve their websites and their marketing 2) distros need to make clear in their websites that linux is great option, it is visually appealing and has useful features.

I think as for now realistic way to move to Linux is 1) consider can Linux do everything you need it do 2)If not you can still do most of basic things in Linux such as store all personal data and use it for basic tasks like for web browsing 3) use windows only when necessary.

I think it is time to move to Linux. If Microsoft is releasing these features such as "Get insights from your data" I think that is red flag if they want to analyze your data in any way, if not now but in future they might start showing targeted ads by using your personal data.

I do think there should be law in EU and also in other countries that protects gamers consumer rights by preventing drm like features such as online only requirement for single player game modes. I think that law needs to happen. Do you agree? Share this if you agree.
