Took off Burrell to keep him fresh for Saturday. Young lad Dillon couldn't replicate burrell threat and it was then just a matter of time before Plymouth scored as we had no outlet to relieve pressure. Kids did well, but Plymouth were too strong in the end. At least there are no more injuries ...

Same as it ever was tbh. Expect a series of missteps in mth 1, followed by improvement as things bed down. Much depends on injury returns and/ or finding cf solutions. Problem is our first 6 fixtures are ones we should be aiming to pick up points. The next are tougher. First quarter could be tough.

Been wailing for years about this. If I can see it, surely the entire set of Championship analysts can too? Admittedly he does drop very deep, which makes m-2-m marking tricky as it leaves gaps, but every now and again (twice a season) swallow the 'we play our own game' pride and adjust.
